THE FISH

Any part of the catch you would like cleaned or filleted will be handled by the captain and crew. All tuna will be quartered, shark will be cut into steaks (best for eating) unless otherwise specified. In addition to cleaning the catch the captain and crew will work hard to make your trip a success and a lasting memory.
